Register an Account / Organization

Purpose

This guide provides a step-by-step process for registering on the system, ensuring users can quickly and efficiently gain access to the platform’s features. Whether you are a new partner, an industry stakeholder, or a client, following these instructions will help you complete the registration process smoothly.


Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Access the Registration Portal
  1. Navigate to the iTOTEM Trust System website: Login | Trust.

  2. If it is your first time visiting the site, please select the portal to which you want to register.




  1. Click on the “Register” button located at the top right of the homepage.

Step 1.1: If you received an email invite to register

If you were sent an email invite via your tenant admin, then please click on the invite link and skip to STEP 4.


Step 2: Enter Your Information
  1. Fill in the required fields:

    • Email Address (Ensure this is your business email)

    • Password

  2. Choose a secure password that meets system requirements (e.g., at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character).

  3. Select "Register" and an automated email will go to your inbox to confirm your email.


Step 3: Verify Your Email
  1. After submitting your registration details, you will receive an email from info@itotem.io with a verification link.

  2. Click on the verification link to confirm your email address.


  1. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.

  2. You can also request a new email to be sent


Step 4: Complete Your Profile
  1. Log in to your newly created account. You will be redirected to the login after you click the link in Step 3.

  2. (After login for the first time) Navigate to the Profile section and fill in additional details about yourself such as:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Phone

    • LinkedIn Username



Step 5: Request or Add Organization
  1. Select search for an organization and lookup your organization

  2. After selecting your organization click "Request to Join"


  1. If you cannot find your organization in the list then it is not yet created in the iTOTEM trust site. Please select "Add New Organization" if this is the case

  1. Fill out your organization page and select "Create New Organization". Please note iTOTEM staff will review all new organizations for correctness. By create an organization you agree to be the initial admin of that organization.



Step 6: Start Using the Platform

Once approved, you can begin using the iTOTEM Trust System to explore reports, collaborate with other users, and manage your data.





Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What should I do if I don’t receive the verification email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Ensure you entered the correct email during registration.

  • If you still don’t receive it, contact crystal@itotem.io.


2. Can I register with a personal email address?

  • It is not recommended as an Admin will need to verify the organization you are associated with


3. How long does it take for an access request to be approved?

Approvals typically take 1 business day, depending on the project administrator’s response time.


4. Can I update my profile after I created it?

Yes, you can update both your profile and organization information anytime within the Trust site.


5. Who can I contact for technical support?
