How to submit data on the iTOTEM Trust Platform

Purpose
This guide provides a step-by-step process for submitting data through surveys on the iTOTEM Trust Platform. Whether you are a new partner, an industry stakeholder, or a client, these instructions will help you complete your data submissions quickly and efficiently.

Step-by-Step Submission Process
Step 1: Sign In or Receive a Data Submission Request
Sign in to the platform:
Navigate to the iTOTEM Trust Platform login page.
Enter your credentials (email and password) to access your account.
Alternatively, accept a data submission request via email:
If you receive an email asking for data submission, click on the link provided in the email.
You will be taken directly to the submission request page after logging in.
Note: If you do not have an account yet, please see the Registration Guide for instructions on creating one.
Step 2: Select the Request
Once logged in, navigate to the “Data Requests” or “All Requests” section on your dashboard.
Locate the specific Survey/Data Submission Request you need to complete.
Click the "Submit" button to open the form

Step 3: Fill Out the Form
Review all the fields carefully.
Provide the required data, attachments, and additional details as prompted:
Text input fields
Multiple-choice questions
File uploads (if applicable)
Any additional comments or notes

Tip: Use accurate and up-to-date information to ensure data integrity.
Step 4: Submit the Form
Once you have filled out all necessary fields, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click the “Complete” button.
A confirmation message will appear indicating your submission was successful.

Step 5: Check for Completion
Return to your dashboard or “Requests” page.
Verify that the status of the request has changed to “Completed”, “Update”, or an equivalent label.

Note: If you notice any errors, you may be able to edit or resubmit your data, depending on your permissions and the request settings. You can do so by selecting the "Update" button while the survey is still open. Contact your administrator if you need assistance.

1. What should I do if I don’t receive the verification email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Ensure you entered the correct email during registration.
If you still don’t receive it, contact info@itotem.io.
2. Can I register with a personal email address?
It is not recommended, as an Admin will need to verify the organization you are associated with
3. How long does it take for an access request to be approved?
Approvals typically take 1 business day, depending on the project administrator’s response time.
4. Can I update my profile after I created it?
Yes, you can update both your profile and organization information anytime within the Trust site.
